Chris Coccia was born and raised in Kearny, New Jersey. He Graduated from Queen of Peace High School in 1989 and went on to Graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Chris became a licensed Realtor in 1993 and worked in the family business ever since he was a young child. Chris lived in several different places in New Jersey such as Northvale, Saddle Brook and Clifton before settling down in Florham Park, New Jersey with his family. This experience in Bergen, Hudson, Essex and Morris counties is a key benefit that Chris is able to share with prospective clients.

Chris received his Real Estate Broker's license in 1998 and began managing his 1st office shortly after wards. In 7 years, with much dedication and hard work he was able to build up a staff of more than 70 agents and three offices. He held the honor of being a Board of Director of the New Jersey MLS from years 2004-2007. He also held the position of Treasurer of the Meadowlands Board of Realtors.

Chris is married to wife Michelle and in 2007 they had their son Chase. Chris is presently very active in the East Hanover / Florham Park community. He is involved in the East Hanover Italian American Club and is on the committee for The Annual Morris County Columbus Day Parade. Chris is also the Chair person for National Association of Realtors "Young Professionals Network". The YPN is a very active Committee that supports the local community. Finally Chris has been nominated as a trustee for the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors. He will begin to serve his board beginning in 2011.
