My name is Debra Riccio.  I am a resident of East Hanover for 14 years.  I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and an MBA in Business Administration.  I received my real estate license in 1986 and sold properties in Essex County and most recently Morris County.  I recently retired from AT&T after30 years.  I am currently an active member in the East Hanover community primarily with St. Rose of Lima Church and a member of the Parish and Finance Councils, a Eucharistic Minister and past president of the St. Rose of Lima Rosary Altar Society.  I am a self motivated person and a very dedicated worker.  As your real estate consultant, my goal is to understand your needs and familiarize you with the market in each town so that you are aware of all your options and can make an educated decision. I will be sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision.  My priorities include a high degree of quality and control of successfully executed sales.  My clients receive quality and professional service from a realtor who listens and cares.  Attention to detail and follow-through are essential.  I look forward to working with you soon.
