Elvira Green joined Coccia Real Estate bringing over 15 years of experience across mortgage banking and in real estate. Elvira leveraged her marketing and sales skills, helping homeowners with the sale and/or rental of their properties.

Elvira has shown great success in real estate. And has been awarded for 2014 – 2018 the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award. Achieving Silver level for 2014 , 2015, & 2018 and Gold level for 2016 & 2017. Ending the 2017 year with 15 million in Sales and 2018 with 12 million in sales. She continues to excel for 2019 looking to continue to meet her goals. Elvira is educating and guiding her clients with her experience and knowledge. Helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to joining Coccia Real Estate, Elvira was a Mortgage Associate with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for six years. During that time, she was responsible for mortgage procurement and processing. Elvira was accredited for unsurpassed customer service, helping families and borrowers understand the bank’s various home loan products, including conventional and government mortgages and home equity programs.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Elvira was a Compliance Specialist for six years at Merrill Lynch & Co, where she managed Money Purchase, 401(k), & Profit Sharing plans for Fortune 500 companies.

Elvira has a business degree from Caldwell College and has been a resident of Florham Park/Madison, New Jersey for over 40 years.  Elvira is an active resident in her community and school with her husband and two children.   And involved in various charities, and fundraising for the schools.
