Since 1996 I have watched the town of Parsippany really blossom. Small, local businesses & restaurants have flourished and it shows with the expansion of many different establishments on North Beverwyck Road in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. Most of the streets have had Belgium block curbing and new drainage installed. More recently, natural gas piping was fitted in many areas as well. Many of the smaller houses have been transformed into larger, more modern homes for growing families. All of these improvements are great assets for the community and its growth. The entire town of Parsippany continues to grow stronger every day and there are more reasons now to live here than ever before!

I have enjoyed living here and have become deeply rooted in the community. I have three children currently attending local public schools, with my eldest graduating from Parsippany High in 2017 and now my middle guy is scheduled to graduate Parsippany High in 2020. Watching my children participate & flourish in sports & after school activities as well has been very gratifying. I am also a parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle Church.

Residing in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany gives me an advantage over agents who live out of town.
