Marie earned the GRI designation by attending an intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction covering many different topics. Some of the topics covered were contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. The GRI designation sets the individuals who attain it apart from others because it indicates to the public that the person has obtained a professional designation and this enables that Realtor to better serve their clients and customers. “Completing this course not only makes me more qualified to assist people when buying or selling a home but it also gives me the confidence to be certain I am doing the best job possible for them” Marie said.
