Annette is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is so loving, and so caring, and will do anything for her clients. I’m so glad I was blessed to call you our realtor, we can’t wait to do more business with you in the future!!!
When looking for a home some years back I burned through a ton of realtors. For many it seemed like a side job and they were not good at all. I found Coccia by chance. I used Chris Coccia when buying a house and selling my old house. Chris was unbelievably dedicated in helping me find what I needed and sell my house on time. The service was outstanding and I couldn’t recommend another realtor that does this much work.
Robert Labady was courteous, professional and always responsive to our emails and phone calls. Most importantly, he helped us succeed in all our goals to sell our home. Our house was sold within a week more than a listing price. Thank you Robert!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Tracey. Having Tracey as our agent to sell our home was the best decision we could have made. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also caring. Selling your home is stressful but Tracey actually made it a pleasure. Tracey sold our home to a wonderful family who are looking forward to raising their children in East Hanover. Tracey was also the agent for buyer of our home. Our home sold in four days for full list price. We highly recommend Tracey for buying or selling your home. She will meet or exceed your expectations.
Christine Nagy of Coccia Real Estate Group was our sale agent who successfully marketed and managed the sale of our townhouse in Florham Park, NJ in the summer months of 2016. We were obliged to be out of state when the townhouse was put up for sale. Christine promised to take care of the house while we were away. She emptied the water accumulated in the dehumidifier twice every week so that the house was dry and pleasant when the potential buyers came to see the house. When the prospect buyers accidentally pulled down and messed up our patio door curtains, she patiently restored to the original condition. For the kitchen and bathrooms we have remodeled, she called the town hall to make sure the required permits, if needed, are indeed there. This is very important, especially for the first time home buyers who usually worry whether the house is repaired legitimately. When the buyers listed out the items to be fixed after their inspection report, Christine helped to arrange for a licensed electrician to provide reasonable estimates for us. Buyers asked us to repair the cloudiness of the picture windows in our living room, Christine contacted for us the specialized window store and measured the size of the windows and got the estimate for us without our presence there.
She also helped to propose a counter offer to the amount of credit to be given to the buyers instead of having us hire repairmen and supervise the repair work in person. Whenever there is an item she could not do herself, she would ask her boss, Chris Coccia, to help out.
We are forever thankful to Christine for her kind assistance in successfully selling our townhouse in our absence and without worries. She always talked to us in a most pleasant and courteous voice , always has our best interest in dealing with varied house sale situations. She has a college degree and is truly a professional. We highly recommend her for your real estate transaction.
Good morning Mr. Coccia,
I wanted to take the time and let you know about our experience with Ryan Palianto.
My wife called Ryan on a Sunday afternoon in February 2016 to look at a house. She was browsing one of the real estate apps and he was the listing agent. He met her at the house, but it wasn’t the home for us.
We continued to work with Ryan until we closed on August 25th and it was a pleasure every step of the way. We put in many offers and were outbid on a few occasions. We expanded our search, so that we would have more options, but the market was very competitive.
On Sunday, July 17th we looked at two homes with Ryan in Lake Hiawatha, but the homes didn’t appeal to us. We were growing frustrated that we weren’t find the right home, so we told Ryan to remove Parsippany from our search criteria. We wanted to purchase before the start of the new school year. He said that he would, which he did as he is a man of his word. A few days later he calls me and says I found THE ONE!! and it’s in Parsippany. We went to look at the home and immediately loved it. It was the 1st time that my wife, son, and myself all agreed. Ryan kept looking in Parsippany even though we asked him not to.
Ryan is the reason that we purchased our dream home. He went above and beyond helping us purchase our home. He was always available and answered all of our questions. When he didn’t know the answer he would consult with his peers and you.
Many Thanks to Ryan and to your agency.
