Christine Nagy of Coccia Real Estate Group was our sale agent who successfully marketed and managed the sale of our townhouse in Florham Park, NJ in the summer months of 2016. We were obliged to be out of state when the townhouse was put up for sale. Christine promised to take care of the house while we were away. She emptied the water accumulated in the dehumidifier twice every week so that the house was dry and pleasant when the potential buyers came to see the house. When the prospect buyers accidentally pulled down and messed up our patio door curtains, she patiently restored to the original condition. For the kitchen and bathrooms we have remodeled, she called the town hall to make sure the required permits, if needed, are indeed there. This is very important, especially for the first time home buyers who usually worry whether the house is repaired legitimately. When the buyers listed out the items to be fixed after their inspection report, Christine helped to arrange for a licensed electrician to provide reasonable estimates for us. Buyers asked us to repair the cloudiness of the picture windows in our living room, Christine contacted for us the specialized window store and measured the size of the windows and got the estimate for us without our presence there.
She also helped to propose a counter offer to the amount of credit to be given to the buyers instead of having us hire repairmen and supervise the repair work in person. Whenever there is an item she could not do herself, she would ask her boss, Chris Coccia, to help out.
We are forever thankful to Christine for her kind assistance in successfully selling our townhouse in our absence and without worries. She always talked to us in a most pleasant and courteous voice , always has our best interest in dealing with varied house sale situations. She has a college degree and is truly a professional. We highly recommend her for your real estate transaction.
