I currently hold a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation, which is attained after completing a rigorous program of coursework covering various areas of real estate. According to the National Association of Realtors, only 15% of all realtors nationwide have attained a GRI Designation. I also have an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation and a SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Designation.
