On October 1st 2011 Christopher Coccia and Coccia Real Estate Group launched an “In-house” Foreclosure division. An “in-house” REO department will expand the services that we can offer our client base. We are now able to assist banks and asset companies with asset management services. This will in turn help our clients by making available to them a list of current foreclosure and wholesale properties that are presently available for them to purchase.
